This scription was made for giving some an input and knowing about the connectivity of interpersonal communication with improvement working the diplomat at Pusdiklat DEPLU Jakarta. In this research, the researches using an quantitative research method with a korelasional method. Researches data took from primer data and sounder data. Collecting all the data that I use is by questioner to all Diplomat employee at Pusdiklat DEPLU. And, the process was showing that more higher of interpersonal communication frequency so that more higher of improvement working of diplomat employee. So, finally this is the final scription and hopefully might be able to contribute the division above, especially about the connectivity of interpersonal communication with improvement working of Diplomat employee at Pusdiklat DEPLU Jakarta.
