Abstract Lemi Rosmini, Quality of Service, Image, Type of Service Clinic, Satisfaction and Loyalties of Customers of Balkemas St. Maria ( guideness by Sunar Abdul ) According to science and high technology, so fast make the competition is very high. Service of health from Balkemas St Maria, try to serve best based on concept the best for the service, image and simplicity and love to others, even so satisfaction and loyalities haven�t as one is expected, it constitutes research problem. This research want to try test and description to quality of service, image and type of service clinic to customers satisfaction and loyalities to customers. The research is done at Balkesmas St. Maria with 100 people which are asked for the questionary, and analysis which use SPSS, description analiysist double corelasi and coeffisience determination, regresi double linier. The researched been done and show variabel of quality service, image and type of clinic service to the satisfaction of the customer. Quality of service are significant influence to the satisfaction of the customers and coeffisience determination 76.20% and from the other variable is 23.80% Variable quality service, image, type of clinic service to the loyalties customers, have coeffisience determinasion 11.50% and 88.50% from the other variable, and customers satisfaction to the loyalties customers which not give significant influence, mean type of customers clinic service, people are prefer more satisfaction with the customers service from public clinic.
